New return policy

With your invoice, any intact item can be reimbursed or exchanged against another product within 3 months from the purchasing date or reception of this item.

Any item bought between June 6th 2011 and August 31st 2011 can be reimbursed or exchange before November 30th 2011.
This item should not have been worn, altered or washed and the shoes must not have been worn.

We warranty our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months following the date of purchase or reception of the product.

If you are not completely satisfied of items received by postal service, please call for Montreal and surrounding regions 514- 324-1240 or from anywhere else 1-800-361-1240 free of charge to ask for an authorization number.

The reimbursement will be done according to your initial payment.
